Each month during 2011-2012 I am offering a free podcast reflecting on one of the themes from the Monk Manifesto.  This month is on the theme of community.

This month’s podcast was delayed due to my own time away over the holidays and then some technical glitches after I finally got it recorded.  All seems to be well now and you can find the podcast here. There are two parts – part one offers my own brief reflections on the theme (including a poem by Naomi Shihab Nye) and part two is an adaptation of the Examen prayer of St. Ignatius.  It is a “Relational Examen” exploring where each day you experience connection and loneliness.
